Dilly Dally Farm Stay
The Sharp Family has been blessed to be farming and living at Waterford Farm, 500 acres in West Howard County. We are now excited to have you come share a few days on the farm at the Dilly Dally Farm Stay; open for a few days to longer term stays.
Historically, it was the farm manager’s residence and features:
- 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms
- Full kitchen, Breakfast Room
- Dining Room, Living Room
- Den and Large Screened Porch
- Overlooks a 5 Acre Pond on a 500 acre farm
Sleeping Arrangements
Main Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed and 2 Twins, family perfect
Balcony Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds
Earth and Sky Bedroom: 1 double bed
Full View Bedroom: 1 double bed
Details: The kitchen is outfitted for long term stays and there is a laundry room on the second floor. There are 3 full bathrooms. Books and board games are provided for your stay.
Heat and Cooling: Each bedroom and kitchen has a ceiling fan and the house has a whole house fan. There is a first floor mini split in the kitchen and room air conditioners in the bedrooms in the summer season. Heat is steam radiators and mini split.

Check-in: Check-in is before 8PM and we will greet you to familiarize you with the house and farm. There are frequently events on the farm or nearby, plus you are welcome to peruse what is fresh in the garden or greenhouses.
If hosting an event at the house while you are here we are happy to plan farm add-ons such as a campfire, hayride or farm tour (additional fees may apply).
